You’ll not only have the opportunity to enjoy good Christian music, but also to raise funds to help our own brethren around the world through the Good Works and LifeNets Programs. Admission is free! Freewill donations will be encouraged with 100% going to the United Church of God’s Good Works and LifeNets Programs. The Myers will also be donating the proceeds from CD sales to the project as well. (The specific project will be announced at the Feast site.) Last Feast, brethren were able to contribute over $12,000.00 to provide a water bore hole to our brethren in Brazil! Volunteers are needed to help with Ushering for the Feast in Wisconsin Dells. If you are attending this site and can serve in this way, please contact Ron Wells at email@example.com Thank you very much for helping make this year's Feast a successful one!
If you are an elder and have made a change of plans to be in Wisconsin Dells we would appreciate your help in the Anointing and Counseling area. Please contact Mitch Knapp at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
To those who are interested in helping with special music this year in the orchestra or choir at Wisconsin Dells and have not signed up (or received a note from the director), please send your information to: email@example.com or call him at 262.694.5044. As always, we definitely need more basses and tenors in the choir, so if you can help in that area it would be appreciated.
We are in need of a number of volunteers to help with stage set up. This will require your being at the Crystal Grand on Sunday morning, September 27 at 7:30AM. This service opportunity will necessitate your having to do some lifting. Please contact Don Sylvester at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help in this regard.
Greetings to all Panama City Beach Feastgoers, 2015,
We're eight (8) weeks out from the beginning of our wonderful Feast of Tabernacles in Panama City Beach, Florida. Everything is going well in the planning stage though not every need is fulfilled as yet. I would appreciate your prayers and your volunteering to help make our Feast a grand success. God wants us to have the very best Feast ever and it takes a community of attendees to help bring this about. Thanks in advance for your service.
Here are a couple of updates relative to this year's Fall Feast.
1) Weekly Sabbath Service on September 26th, 2 pm in the Grand Ballroom: Since the beginning of the Feast falls the next evening after the regular Sabbath, we are holding a regular weekly Sabbath service in the Edgewater Convention Center Grand Ballroom at 2 pm on September 26, 2015. Please be aware that our local churches in Mobile, Alabama and DeFuniak Springs, Florida will not have a Sabbath meeting on the weekly Sabbath immediately before the Feast.
2) Possible 4-man golf tournament depends on sign up by Sept. 1, 2015: Formerly, we provided a 4-man shotgun golf tournament during the Feast on a Sunday. This year, if enough sign up by Sept. 1, we'll schedule the tournament (must have 16 players signed up by Sept. 1, 2015), on Sunday, October 4, 2015, at 1 pm at the Holiday Golf Course. Last year we were blessed with a mixup in their scheduling and received a lower cost since we had to play the back nine twice (18 holes total). However, this year we plan to play the regular 18 holes and that means it will likely be $35 per person (includes golf carts). Considering the course, it's worth the cost. In order for me to secure the time at the Holiday Golf Course, at least 16 players must sign up no later than September 1, 2015 at email@example.com.
Happy Feast to you all,
Jerold W. Aust, Feast Coordinator, Panama City Beach, FL

Sabbath Services on the Sabbath before the Feast of Tabernacles
Sabbath services on the Sabbath before the Feast of Tabernacles will be held in Jekyll Island at the Jekyll Convention Center at 2:30 pm. The exact room location will be listed later but there will be services on September 26th for those arriving in Jekyll Island before the Feast of Tabernacles.
Location of Services: Jekyll Island Convention Center
75 N Beachview Dr, Jekyll Island, GA
Opening Night Service: The first service in Jekyll Island will be held on Sunday evening September 27th at 7:30 pm at the Jekyll Convention Center.
Services on Opening Night, the holydays, Sabbath, and each day during the Feast will be held at the very beautiful Jekyll Convention Center. Bible Studies and Youth Classes will also be held on selected days of the Feast.
Several group activities that cater to all ages and interests have been scheduled during the Feast. Family Day activities will take place at the beachfront Great Dunes Park which offers a large beach pavilion for eating and fellowshipping, with direct views onto the beach where a variety of activities will be available. A cookout picnic setting and lunch will be provided at a nominal cost.
The Senior Citizens’ luncheon will be an enjoyable afternoon for all those 65 and over. Teens and young adults will enjoy the oceanfront bike ride on an afternoon early in the Feast.
So that everyone can enjoy and experience some of the natural features and activities of the Island, we will have several options available. If you haven’t been on a kayak before, you may want to participate in a kayak tour. The Dolphin Boat Tour has been a popular activity on Jekyll Island for years. Cruise the marshlands and intracoastal waters where you will see a variety of marine life, including porpoises (most of the time). Enjoy horseback riding through the natural habitat of the Island, emerging onto Driftwood Beach. Or you may enjoy a 90-minute trolley tour of the historic area of the Island that includes museum entrance and to several of the historic buildings in Millionaires Village. Feastgoers will enjoy special discounted prices for many of the activities.
Because there is such an array of activities available on the island, the schedule also includes free afternoons so families can explore and take advantage of the many additional available recreational activities, or just have time to enjoy each other’s company.
Note: At this time, no scheduled activity at Jekyll Island requires advance payment or reservation.
Bible Studies: On Friday evening, there will be a teen and adult Bible Study.
Youth Classes: On two days of the Feast, we will hold Youth Classes for pre-teens. A Children’s Choir will perform once during the Feast.
Updates and additional information on Jekyll activities and schedules will be posted at http://feast.ucg.org.
We had planned a trip to Molokini for snorkeling on Wednesday, Sept 30, but since this trip must take place in the morning and involve most of the day we have had to cancel it. It would interfere with the Feast's purpose, and why we are there. For those wanting to snorkel there are a wide variety of locations near Lahaina.
We have a lady, Paula, who would like to share lodging costs so she can attend in Maui. If there is another person who is seeking the same please contact me at and I will send her contact information: firstname.lastname@example.org
